Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the USpin platform at uspin.vu — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, play a casino game or contact support — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and USpin. They apply alongside any specific game rules, bonus terms or promotion conditions that USpin publishes from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

USpin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players, and continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

USpin is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the platform. Age verification is carried out during the registration process and may be requested at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and using the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming or sports betting services under any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a USpin employee or contractor.

USpin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided, USpin may restrict or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the USpin platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any funds held across duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any payment information you provide. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. USpin will never ask you to share your password — if you receive any communication requesting this, please contact support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify USpin support without delay.

Identity Verification (KYC)

USpin may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other point during your use of the platform. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification. Verification is required to protect players and maintain the integrity of the platform. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested will have withdrawals held until the process is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on USpin are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). USpin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your USpin account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and are displayed within your account at the time of deposit. USpin does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method you use must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification checks before they are processed.

Refused Transactions

USpin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, USpin will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

Funds held in your USpin account are not held in trust and do not earn interest. Account balances are held for gaming purposes only and should not be treated as a savings or investment product.

Bonuses & Promotions

USpin offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, accumulator boosts and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games and expiry periods are set out in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per IP address.
• USpin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, giving reasonable notice where possible.
• If USpin reasonably believes that a player has abused a bonus or exploited a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or coordinated play — USpin may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may close the account.

PSL & Cricket Promotions

During the Pakistan Super League and other major cricket tournaments, USpin may run dedicated promotions including enhanced odds and accumulator boosts. Betting & ; Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or wagering on any game on the USpin platform, you accept the specific rules that apply to that bet or game. USpin's sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, tennis, basketball, esports and more. Casino games including live dealer titles, slots and table games each operate under their own game rules provided by the respective game supplier.

Sportsbook Rules

• All bets are accepted at USpin's discretion. USpin reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, USpin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• For cricket and PSL markets, if a match is abandoned or significantly curtailed, bets will be settled according to the official result where one is declared, or voided if no official result is given.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and data feed availability. USpin is not responsible for bets that cannot be placed due to connection issues on the player's side.

Casino & Slots Rules

• All casino and slots games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer systems operated by third-party providers.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the state of the game at the point of failure. If the outcome cannot be determined, the stake for that round will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by game and player account tier.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the USpin platform and will result in account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting activity designed to exploit promotions or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage or other strategy that USpin determines is abusive of its promotional offers.
• Attempting to access or tamper with USpin's systems, databases or security infrastructure.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name or that you are not authorised to use.

USpin monitors activity across all accounts and may investigate any behaviour that appears unusual or inconsistent with genuine recreational play. If prohibited conduct is identified, USpin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, void bets and close the account while an investigation is ongoing.

Privacy & Data

USpin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, device identifiers and betting/gaming history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, carry out verification checks, personalise your experience and comply with applicable obligations.

Responsible Gaming

Player Tools

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly through their account settings:

10. Suspension & Account Closure

USpin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be marked inactive and subject to a dormancy fee as described in the account settings.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, USpin may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach, any available balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after verification.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact USpin support directly. The support team will process the request and confirm when the account has been closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

USpin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

To the fullest extent permitted, USpin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or connection failures.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss or theft of your account credentials where USpin has not been notified promptly.
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors or data feed suppliers — although USpin will work with these parties to resolve issues affecting players.

Nothing in these terms limits USpin's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

USpin may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the USpin platform following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
